This modern villa is fully equipped and includes a private pool and deck area, spacious rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi and a relaxed, sophisticated style throughout the home. The space This spectacular modern villa is ideal for a group or a large family, offering 5 bedrooms, a stand-alone studio (with it’s own kitchen and bathroom), 6 en suite bathrooms, 1 WC, private pool, rooftop Jacuzzi, lift, secure parking, in addition to breath-taking, panoramic mountain and ocean views. The bedroom with the two single beds may also be converted into a King-size bed with a mattress converter upon request (request to be made upon booking confirmation). Embrace the vibes of Camps Bay, with everything a stone's throw from the villa. After a stroll on the beach, wander to the strip for restaurants, cafes, and shops. When it's time to see more of Cape Town, it's an easy taxi/Uber ride away. THE SPACE This large villa is both spacious and bright with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to sundown. 4 (out of 6) bedrooms have panoramic view of Camps Bay beach and Lion's head. The villa offers generous living space, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone one can get some quiet time! The villa boasts great entertainment features such as the cleverly designed wind secluded swimming pool with a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a roof top Jacuzzi with it’s with separate deck relaxing area. The villa has a secure double indoor garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the House, through the garage and through the front door. If required, privacy could be kept between the Studio and the rest of the House. We can also provide a complimentary high chair, baby cot and baby gates, if required. STAFF: 24 Geneva Drive has a full time House Manager and Airbnb Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. We also have a housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 4pm). We only use eco friendly (non-chemical) cleaning solutions now. BEDROOMS The bedrooms in the house are as follows: Bedroom 1 – (Master) one King sized bed Bedroom 2 – bunk bed Bedroom 3 – two Single beds (can be converted to 1 x King size bed. To be requested prior upon booking confirmation request) Bedroom 4 – one King sized bed Bedroom 5 – one King sized bed Bedroom 6 - is a Studio Loft apartment – one Queen sized bed (& single bed can be added on request. Additional available: Baby cot and High chair complimentary- available with mattress and mattress cover An additional single bed is available on request at R500 a nights. MORE INFO ON THE STUDIO: The Studio is located on Level 1 and has it’s own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, a large living room, a lovely loft double bedroom on the mezzanine level and a private sun deck. The Studio also enjoys it's separate entrance. This stunning large Studio Loft could be ideal for a small family with a baby or a couple who would prefer a little more there privacy. There is plenty of room in the living space to add an additional single bed at an additional cost of R500/nights, if required, or our complimentary baby cot. BREAKFAST: Chef service can be arranged for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pre-booking is required. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Please note there is a late check-in fee for check-ins after 6pm, payable to the property manager. R500 after 6 pm and R1000 from 8 pm till 6 am. Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM ADDITIONAL RULES - Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons on the reservation contract. No loud noise or parties are permitted. - We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can fix them more efficiently, limiting any costs incurred. - Parties: Parties are strictly forbidden. Should you wish to request approval to host a lunch or dinner for up to 15 guests (including tenants), we will require you to agree to our conditions. The music will need to be turned down at 10 pm. - Please ensure that your valuables are safely secured at all times. Safes are provided in the villa. - Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof. - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by the tenant. Guest access You can access the house through the secure garage or through the front door. Guests have full access to the house, however, the studio can be locked off, if required. Other things to note REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT To ensure a safe and seamless stay, we’ve partnered with Superhog/Truvi, leading platform for guest verification and damage protection. Here's how the process works: Quick online verification before check-in – takes only a few minutes and you can choose between two protection options: • Refundable Security Deposit – Held on your payment method Fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is reported • Damage Waiver – (non-refundable) No deposit required & non refundable HOUSEKEEPING The villa comes equipped with full time housekeeping (Mon-Fri) 9h30 to 16h00. Should you require her service on the weekend or public holidays it is also possible but at a additional fee. We can assist in also arranging a in house chef , massages, tours, transport and babysitting. LOAD SHEDDING - BACK UP SYSTEM The national electricity supply grid in South Africa is currently under strain and, at times, the electricity provider, Eskom, cannot provide sufficient electricity to meet everyone’s needs. In order to manage electricity demand, Eskom imposes power outages, “Load Shedding”, at scheduled time slots (usually 2 hours at a time) in the different areas (zones) of Cape Town, and indeed throughout the whole of South Africa. Please note, the villa is equipped with solar-power, and with a battery backup system, which together power the entire house, except for the lift, air-con, heaters, stove/oven & jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. Therefore during load shedding you still have full access to all the amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities by means of 2 gas burners in the kitchen, so a portable stove connected to a 9kg gas bottle. Whilst the solar panels and power back-up systems are comprehensive, we advise guests to download the load shedding app “Load Shedding Notifier” before arrival, so that guests will know when the villa is running on the back-up system. The app is also useful for planning your evening’s entertainment throughout the city, by actively avoiding areas that are experiencing load shedding. We would also recommend that guest manage their energy use efficiently during load shedding times to ensure they don’t run out of power.
