The space Individual villa built on two levels, on a 600 m2 lot, in a central, residential, quiet and guarded area. The villa has been almost completely renovated. It is very bright and warm! Its strong point is first its location; close to everything… its plus is the pool with a large sunny terrace well furnished; with a large garden furniture and dining table, next to a dedicated barbecue area. The 8 beds are spread over 6 bedrooms. The house is spacious, well decorated, with the distinction of offering several living rooms, and a bedroom on the ground floor, and also a "suite" bedroom upstairs which is ideal for 4 guests, or for parents with two children. All bedrooms upstairs have shutters and air conditioning. Kitchen is modern, newly equipped. The appliance brands are European. For your leisure, there are books, games and a large smart TV… The villa is far from noise and traffic and is close to grocery stores, restaurants… everything is nearby. The train station and the "Gueliz" center are only a 10-minute walk away; Boulevard Mohamed V offers a variety of shops, malls, games room, stores, restaurants… Historical sites and the medina are 10 minutes by taxi. Leaving the residential area, there are small taxis to transport you everywhere in town, and for walking enthusiasts there is nothing better than staying in this house because everything is nearby. The pool measures 8 m x 4 m, (depth 1.5 m) and does not have protections for young children. The place is good for families, even large ones, or for groups of friends; it can accommodate 4 to 12 guests. You have plenty of living space to have tranquility… it remains very warm and full of charm. This is a non-smoking home indoors. Guest access We are happy to welcome you to the Camp El Ghoul villa. For late arrivals, there will always be someone at any time, to open and hand you the keys. If you are in a group, give the contact details of the house to your friends, especially if there are delayed arrivals… Also if you need a car with driver to pick you up at the airport, please let me know, I know good agencies with drivers who speak French and/or English well. For taxis at the airport, expect a price that varies between 200 dhs and 300 dhs depending on the destination. Taxis take a maximum of 6 people. ‼ ️especially remember to download the geolocation of your destination on your phone in order to guide you to the house. It's important to note that only the people listed on the reservation can occupy the villa. Other things to note Access to the villa is on the ground floor, note the existence of a step in front of the landing of the house. The ground floor bedroom is suitable for a person with limited mobility. But a wheelchair does not fit in the adjoining bathroom. If you would like to have a housekeeper or (and) breakfast service, just ask; allow an extra €20 per day for Fatiha. Note that the employee works only during the day. Also for shopping: around the house, about ten minutes' walk away!! There are️ several small grocery stores, a "small vegetable market", a bakery "Les Maitres du Pain" with very good bread available and butter pastries, a pharmacy, a fishmonger, a butcher, a cheese shop, a wine cellar… all these shops are within walking distance of the villa (allow between 8 and 15 minutes' walk). Good to know, the home delivery service works very well; Use the “Glovo” app, it's very useful especially if it's hot! Marjane Market (big brand like Walmart) and Green Village for organic products are close to the house. Note that at Boulevard Mohamed V, in the Carré Eden shopping center, there are games for children, and also the most beautiful Carrefour gourmet in Marrakech. The famous "Amoud" pastry and bakery is also located inside this Carrefour. Carré Eden is a very busy shopping mall in Gueliz. A taxi can take you there in minutes. For children, there are many playrooms in Le Menara Mall, and it's a few minutes from the house. My recommendations are designed to ensure a comfortable living and a pleasant stay.
