Windy Corner - A cosy 3 bed home

A cosy 3 bed house in Bomere Heath, a 10 min drive from Shrewsbury town centre with countryside views, a log burner, fast WiFi and parking for 4+ vehicles. Located on the edge of a rural village near many local wedding venues and with easy access to Shrewsbury. All types of stays and contractors welcome. The house has been recently renovated throughout, with 3 bedrooms, a wood burning stove in the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a large private garden that backs onto fields. The space As you enter the semi detached house you will walk into a tiled hallway. Straight ahead of you is the cosy lounge with a beautiful exposed chimney breast and wood burning stove, we will even chuck in some logs to get you started. There is a corner sofa and sofa bed as well as a TV with Netflix included. The recently installed bathroom is on the ground floor and has been tiled throughout to give it a period feel. There is a shower in the bath and a heated towel rail. The property boasts a recently completed kitchen extension and comes fully equipped with cooking equipment, glasses, mugs, bowls, plates and cutlery. There is a table with 6 chairs and a breakfast bar with an additional 4 high stools. The kitchen is fully equipped an oven and induction hob. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a Nespresso machine (with a few pods to get you started) along with some tea and coffee. Additionally we have a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher all for guest use (we leave out some powder and tablets). Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master room has a king bed with eve mattress, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam topper and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom has the best views out over the countryside and contains 2 single beds with 2 sets of drawers. All of the windows upstairs have child safety catches on them. Bedding and towels will be available for each guest. Outside you will find a spacious private garden with a table and chairs. There is a patio, lawn and a gravelled area that catches the afternoon sun! The front of the house has a large gravel drive with parking for 5+ vehicles.
