Quiet and bright room of 12 m2 on the 2nd floor without elevator (beware of the weight of the suitcases). Close to RER A Nation (to Disneyland), metro lines 1 (to Louvre, Concorde, Champs-Elysées), 2 (Arc de Triomphe), 6 (Eiffel Tower), 9 (Alma) and tram T3 (La Villette). Wardrobe and dresser, double glazing, internet. Breakfast supplies available. A double bed and a single bed prepared upon arrival plus bath towels, for a maximum of three people. See you soon. The space A stone's throw from the metro and RER (subway) stations and with a bus stop at the bottom of the building that leads to Bastille, Île de la Cité, Collège de France, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Saint-Sulpice, Rue du Bac and Champ de Mars (Eiffel Tower), this accommodation was partly decorated by a painter. Guest access Room is private, kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared. The kitchen has an area to store food in and out of the fridge. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. During your stay I can provide directions for getting around and information about shows to see. Other things to note If you have heavy or bulky suitcases, you'll need to climb them on two floors by the stairs. A homestay room is not a cheap hotel: each (there are two rooms for rent and I live on site) must clean the common areas there after using them. I lead by example, but I can't do it for others because I have activities outside. I am happy to provide the food (except bread, bakery three minutes away) for breakfast, but ask that meals be taken in the kitchen, both for the cleanliness of the rooms and because I want to encourage interaction. Don't make yourself unhappy when you arrive at a place that doesn't suit you: the price is not everything, there is also the spirit in which we travel. Finally, I don't start a rental on a Sunday or a party day. Flexible check-in time between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Notify me 30 minutes before in case I'm in town, call when you arrive so I can come down and open the door for you. Sometimes it is possible to drop off luggage in the kitchen before the room is released or to leave it after (in exchange for keychains).
