Entire house, sleeping comprises kids bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with double bed. Victorian terraced house, recently renovated, with a good size back garden, big and bright kitchen with peninsula and dining area, spacious living room with fire place and big windows. Ideal for families or small groups. The space Ground floor and rooms on first floor have no carpet. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The living room has a big smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and fireplace. In the back garden there's dining table with chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ. There are strictly no parties or large gathering to be held at the property. There is no smoking in the house but you can use the back gaden. Perfect to use as a base to enjoy Bristol and very close to motorway links to explore the west country. Guest access The guests can access the entire house. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a cat, he’s a 5 year old and adorable cat, used to kids, very quiet and sociable. He spends most of the day wandering outside or sleeping on his bed in the utility room. He has a cat flap from the utility room so if you keep that door closed he won’t get in the house. It’s very important he can stay home and we ask our guests to respect his needs. He can be fed by our next door neighbours from the garden. Please let us know if you need more information about this.
