Nice house in a rural village
Nice house in a rural village
Description
The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers. The space The house has a fully accessible ground floor, a first floor and the attic/terrace. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a full bathroom, the living room and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, two electric ovens, refrigerator and complete set of dishes). The bedrooms and another full bathroom are on the first floor. On the third floor is the terrace and an old "cambra".(attic) The house is located in Cárrica (or Peñalba), a town of 278 inhabitants, which is 2 km from the urban center of Segorbe, capital of Palancia. Its geographical location is incomparable, since it is located between the Natural Parks of the Sierras Espadan and Calderona, places where you can carry out a multitude of rural tourism activities (we act as a guide through the Sierra Espadán). And also enjoy nature, further favored by the enviable climate that is enjoyed in Alto Palancia throughout the year. A few kilometers away are the ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre (both in Teruel about 65km), the beaches of Canet, Costa Azahar (Sagunto 25km) and the City of Sciences and Arts (Valencia 60km), with the convenience which Cárrica (Peñalba) benefits from the Mudejar A-23 highway that already runs through Alto Palancia.
