Relax and enjoy your own private garden. You are 50 meters from the lovely Le Hocq beach, and 300 meters from the Le Hocq bar and Restaurant. The bus stops right out front left to Gorey castle and numerous restaurants, right to St Helier and beyond. You have access to a lock up bike shed and e-bike charging station, should you wish to bring your cycles. quiet lanes directly from property for cycling /walking. Excellent for seascape photography, locations and tide times on request. The space The cottage is newly built with a large glass east facing gable window, and double height ceiling with exposed beams, all fittings and features are new and of a high standard. There is fast internet connection throughout the space. The kitchen diner has a large bifold door, to bring the outside in. There are wooden worktops, plenty of cupboard space, with pots, pans, glasses cutlery etc. Gas 4 ring cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil. The lounge has a new 40 inch smart TV with free view and Netflix. The bedroom for 2 guests is on a mezzanine, a third guest has a fold out 3 foot memory foam mattress on the ground floor lounge area. You have your own private access. If you wish to bring bikes, or e-bikes there is a lockable covered place to store your bikes, and chargers are available for Bosch type fitting. There is a private sunny garden exclusively for your use, with a large covered corner couch and oak table, which looks out onto a pretty garden. Guest access Guests can park one car on the property, for the first night, after which there is free parking in a safe carpark 200m from the property. Guests have their own private access. Other things to note The Bedroom is an air-conditioned mezzanine, with a super king bed, or 2 singles. There is plenty of room to maneuver around the bed. The space is reached via a wooden staircase ( see photos ). The ceiling height in the centre of the bedroom space is 6foot 4 inches or 193cm. There is an additional fold out single memory foam mattress for the lounge area.
