Full basement with 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds. 3 piece bath & TV in spacious living room. Private entrance. Breakfast nook includes, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full fridge. Access to back deck & picnic table. Only 150 ft. from city transit stop. Only 4 mins. from all amenities (malls, pharmacy, groceries) in Charlottetown. 5 min. from UPEI, 2 rinks, 8 min. to the airport and 8 min. drive or 40 min. walk to downtown, theatre & waterfront. Wi-fi. Free parking. 20 minutes to beach. The space We have a 2 story house and have our Airbnb in the basement. It is very quiet with no noise from the street. We live upstairs but live at a campground for the summer. Our deck is out back where there is lots of sun and privacy. There are some lawn chairs and a picnic table. Guest access Guests park on the right side of our driveway. The guest entrance is the door to the right of our front steps. There is a keyless entry and the door code will be sent to each guest before they arrive. There's a closet at the front entrance for coats and boots and then the stairs to the basement. We have a back deck, picnic table & chairs. Access to the laundry in the basement is on a ‘request only’ basis. It costs $10 flat rate. We will unlock the doors for you for your visit.
