Beaumonde Private Suite with Pool and Pond Access

Ideally located 2 hours from PARIS by the A77, in the immediate vicinity of the POUGUES LES EAUX casino, 25 minutes from the MAGNY COURS circuit, 35 minutes from SANCERRE, 30 minutes from APPREMONT/ALLIER, you will arrive at a property with a large wooded park with swimming pool and pond in which you can fish. In our house, you will have independent access to a large private bedroom on the ground floor with a 160x200 bed, sofa, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The space A large suite with a 160 x 200 queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, a large dressing area a small room where there is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, with the necessary to have a coffee, tea or infusion. No kitchen but plates, glasses, cups, mugs, forks, spoons, knives so you can put drinks or food in the fridge, have breakfast independently and enjoy your private terrace with views of the park. The only shared spaces are outside. Guest access I will welcome you and give you the keys to your accommodation, or if I have to leave, you will have the opportunity to enter the property independently using a secure key box. You will have access to a small private terrace and you will enter your fully private and independent accommodation through an exterior French window. During your stay I will be available during your stay on site or by phone, if needed. Other things to note The room can be available for two people and a baby (travel cot on request) You will have the opportunity to get to know our Beauceron dog: Jango (shown in the photos) The indoor pool (unheated) will be available on request at certain times of the year, from May to September approximately.
