Nestled amidst breathtaking views, our property offers a serene escape. Sunlight floods the interiors, creating an airy ambiance that seamlessly blends with the outdoors. The expansive entertaining room invites you to unwind. Lots of local wildlife can be enjoyed from the garden. Enjoy Sparsholt. You can walk, run or cycle to the nearby villages and pubs. The renowned towns of Stockbridge and Alresford are nearby and offer picturesque walks as well as restaurants and farm shops. The space The property consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, two living spaces, 1 bathroom also with a walk in power rain shower and 1 shower room. The garden is gated and dog friendly with two areas of grass that amount to approximately 1/4 acre of land. With a large patio that boosts fabulous views for entertaining large patio doors to get an indoor outdoor vibe. The master bedroom has a super king with some lovely relaxing features including views over the fields. The room with bunk beds can be made into single beds if you ask in advance. The king size room has hanging and lots of space in the room to manoeuvre with only one step access from the doorway which can be used for less able family members/ guests. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds and a cot. We would recommend the house for 8 adults or 10 including children. There is a utility room which has a separate sink/ washing machine and dryer. Plenty of off road private parking. Large American style fridge and range to care for your culinary needs. Dogs welcome. Guest access A key will be left in a safe box or we will be here to greet you depending on arrival time. There is a book to explain how the house works, wifi etc. We will make sure we are accessible by phone incase you need us at any point.
