The space The house is located in a quiet hamlet near Rodez and consists of a beautiful sleeping area with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The house features high-quality amenities, and every detail has been carefully considered to allow you to fully enjoy your stay. The house is comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen: The kitchen has a large dining table, which adds to the convivial atmosphere of this room, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stovetop, and a microwave. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, sponges, etc. Sleeping Area: It has eight beds in five different bedrooms (one on the ground floor and four upstairs), with a large closet and drawers, shelves, and rods for hanging your clothes. There is also space to store your suitcases. Please note that we do not provide linens. Please bring your own sheets (two double beds (140cm) and six single beds (90cm)) and towels. The ground floor bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower, vanity, and bathtub. Two toilets are separate from the bathrooms. The terrace: Beautiful space to enjoy the sun, enjoy your drinks, meals, and relax in the large lawned garden. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via a key box. Instructions and a code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in is anytime (after 4 p.m.), with no physical interaction with the host. Other things to note The apartment is cleaned by a professional housekeeper, and towels and linens are dry-cleaned after each reservation. This ensures the apartment is maintained to the highest standards. Towels and linens are already included in the rental price. This deposit will be collected separately by the property one to two days prior to arrival using a valid credit card to validate your reservation. This amount will not be charged to your account and will be automatically released 15 days after your departure. Access codes to the property will only be provided once the check-in process is complete.
