Welcome home to your Creekside Hideaway! Relax in a secluded nature haven with a hot tub, just 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh. Nestled among the trees and a winding creek, escape to this residential hideaway featuring a fenced-in backyard with hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, back deck with Adirondack chairs and space for yoga, string lights for ambience, and view of the lush green creekside area from the entire back of the house, including your bedroom! The space ⭐️ HOT TUB ⭐️ There is a one-time $75 additional fee per reservation to use the hot tub. This covers the hot tub service and maintenance. If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, you must let us know AS SOON AS YOU BOOK, so we can send you the fee request. Once paid, we'll send you the instructions and key code for the hot tub cover. The hot tub remains locked at all times for safety reasons. ⭐️ AMENITIES ⭐️ Start your day with mindfulness and yoga on the back deck and a sip of coffee as you soak in the peacefulness of the backyard. In the evening, unwind from your day in the hot tub as you look out at your nature oasis and enjoy the serenity of the secluded backyard. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck or in one of the hammocks in the yard as you escape life with the glow of the string lights and the ambience of the surrounding nature. When you Airbnb the home, you’ll be the only guest staying in the home. All the spaces shown in the listing photos are spaces that you will have access to during your stay. Your bedroom is on the second floor and features a Queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress AND memory foam pillows, smart TV, desk/workspace area, full-size closet, and view of the creek and surrounding nature providing privacy to the home. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub down the hall. The first floor has a grand-size living room with an indoor gas fireplace, oversized L-shaped couch, smart TV, desk, and Steinway piano. There is a half bath, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and fully-stocked kitchen with bay window and view of the creek. This home is meant for two guests only. This home is also in a quiet neighborhood, and neighbors will report loudness. We ask that if you are looking to get together with any family members or friends, you do that outside of our home at another location. — Guests who break this rule will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued. 2) Please treat our home with TLC. Photos are taken prior to each guest’s arrival. Any damage, missing items, or necessary excessive cleaning WILL BE CHARGED to the guest. 3) NO SMOKING anything, anywhere on the property. NO VAPING. Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued. Additionally, there is a $500 fine. 4) NO pets. Please reference our ‘House Rules’ for full regulations and requirements for service animals and emotional support animals. In accordance with federal and state laws, we require that you provide your ESA Recommendation Letter upon booking. If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as an emotional support animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities, and evict the guests without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent. 5) NO shoes. PROPANE GRILL - There is an outdoor propane grill and countertop area with umbrella if you’d like to use it. - Propane is NOT provided. You must purchase or bring your own tank. RING AUDIO/VIDEO DOORBELL - There is a Ring video/audio doorbell at the front door that points forward and views the front porch, front yard, and driveway. HOT TUB - There is a one-time $75 additional fee per reservation to use the hot tub.
