Bring family and/or friends to this great house located in a rural yet central location in Stavanger. We have plenty of space in a large living room with high ceilings - open part into the kitchen with good counter space. The house has several beds and two full bathrooms. Good and large garden terrace with barbecue and outdoor kitchen - good sun conditions. Short way to hiking area, grocery store, cafes, restaurants, playground and other shops. Parking in the driveway and possibly free in the street outside the house. Peaceful and quiet area. The space The house has a large living room with 4 meters ceiling height and open kitchen solution. Here there is plenty of space to cook delicious food and afterwards sit on a large sofa for a good chat. Here we also have a 55-inch TV with access to Netflix, Viaplay and tv2 play. The patio door in the living room leads out to a large garden and terrace with great sun conditions. Here there is access to several seats in the lounge set. There is also access to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue on the terrace and seating around a dining table. The garden also has a trampoline. Outside the hedge in the garden there is access to a basketball court and a large lawn where you can play football Our loft has a 50-inch TV with access to Apple TV. In addition, there is a sofa bed here that can quickly be turned into a double bed if more beds are needed. There is also a 120 cm bed in a sleeping alcove in the attic. There are 3 full bedrooms. Where bedroom 1 has a double bed and access to a full bathroom inside the room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and room 3 has a single bed, but it is possible to have a mattress on the floor. Here there is access to a bathroom in the hallway outside the bedrooms. In the basement there is access to a washing machine, a sink and detergents such as cloths, mops, buckets and soap. Here you can also hang up clothes if desired. The house is located in rural surroundings with large open green fields and hiking opportunities to water and nature right nearby. At the same time, the location is central with about 15 minutes walk to the city center and then you can visit old Stavanger on the way. There is a short distance to the bus stop if you want to take the bus. Several grocery stores are 3 min away by walk. The nearest shopping center is Alti tasta, this is a 15 min walk away otherwise you can take the bus/car. Other shopping centers such as Amfi Madla and Kvadrat in both Stavanger and Sandnes are only a car/bus ride away. If you are in the mood for a day trip to Preikestolen and Kjerag, this is also an option from our location. Guest access With us, the whole house is available. There is only a storage room in the basement that is private. Other things to note Shoes must be taken off indoors, this is what we do here in Norway. We can accommodate 9 guests. There is wireless internet, cable TV, laundry room, fireplace, heat pump and there is room for two cars in the driveway. Our street is one of the few streets where it is free to park the car. No partying and smoking allowed in the house or on the property. Leave the place as you found it.
