Just 19 minutes, from Hobbiton Movie Set and 11 minutes from The Red Barn Wedding Venue. Set within a Grand Villa are two beautifully appointed rooms. Rose Lodge is central to wonderful walkways, cycling tracks, golf courses & is a 3-minute walk to great shops & cafes. The space The Rose Room has a private entrance, with an easterly outlook receiving the warm morning sun to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. Large ensuite, with a shower and large claw bath, dining table, tea & coffee making facilities, T.V, and a mini-fridge. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit on the deck or wander in the back garden where there is ample seating to enjoy the afternoon sun. During your stay We enjoy engaging with our guests and sharing stories. Someone is generally on site 24/7, if not we are always available on mobile should we be needed.
