The property is location in a quiet residential area close to High Gosforth Park Racecourse and Killingworth Lakeside Park. There is easy access from A1& A19 road links. The space Private single bedroom with double bed and shared bathroom. Guests have use of my kitchen for preparing and eating meals. There is also access to a conservatory and garden in the warmer months. The property is not suitable for infant guests.
