River House: country living close to everything!

Stay at a unique 2 acre gated property with private access to the Willamette River path, in city limits. Stay in a fully furnished family house close to downtown Eugene and the U of O. Washer/dryer provided. Upon booking, you will receive a link to a basic guest agreement. Please sign to finalize your booking. The space The house has beds for 8 adults. We have made exceptions for more guests for a fee, please ask if your party is larger than 8. Bedrooms include: 1) 1x King bed with en suit bathroom with tub/shower and bidet toilet. Pac n Play with basinet if needed. Dresser drawers will be cleared for your use 2) full bed in kids room, white drawers will be cleared for your use. 3) Guest room has 2 comfortable twin beds (one pulls out from under the daybed seen in photos) 4) office with a queen bed and 2x monitors on a work desk available to use with your laptop. Laundry washer/dryer is in the garage. Guest access The River House is concealed from River Road within a private gated and fenced property with ample space for vehicle parking. A keycode operated electric gate allows guests to come an go as they please, in a protected setting. Pedestrians can walk out a gate along the back fence to reach the river path, or enter a code into the keypad to walk out the main gate onto city streets. There are 2 other short term rentals on the property that can be rented with this home to accommodate larger groups. Other things to note The kitchen has most every appliance you would want, ask if you have a specific need. There is plenty of surface parking, and covered space for up to 3 vehicles. The garage will be locked during your stay. Outdoor chairs and a picnic table enable pleasant summer meals outside. Kiddy pools are available upon request and can help ease the summer heat.
