Your room has a private bathroom with bathtub and a balcony to enjoy exclusively. Breakfast, daily cleaning and smiles are included for a carefree stay... we take care of everything. The space Villa AYA is decorated with unique objects found at local artisans and antique dealers as well as during travels. It has a total of 4 independent bedrooms. It is equipped with modern comforts to offer you an authentic stay and a source of relaxation. Nestled between a lush garden and a lush wooded patio, you will enjoy the proximity of intoxicating souks and golf courses while enjoying a privileged oasis of calm. Its immediate proximity to the Medina – Historic City – Gueliz – New City – & the Hivernage district, where you will discover many distractions and attractions, makes it a strategic place, a source of relaxation and synonymous with a successful stay. Your room, located on the first floor, has a private bathroom with bathtub as well as a balcony to which only you have access. The large, comfortable and welcoming living spaces will make your stay with friends and family indispensable. The large bright dining room is also ideal for hosting work meetings. You will stay: ON THE GROUND FLOOR - An entrance with storage -One living Room - A dining room/workspace - A garden with an outdoor lounge - A wooded patio with pool (2.50 m x 8 m) and relaxation areas - An outdoor dining area - Equipped kitchen - A guest toilet ON THE 1ST FLOOR - Your double bedroom, 25 m2, king size bed with heated mattress topper, bathroom with bathtub & toilet, dressing room, balcony, reversible air conditioning and heating. MEALS AND STAFF Breakfasts – included in the rate – are served daily between 8:30am and 11:30am. It is made up of local products: juices, crepes, msemen, jams, honey, as well as fresh fruit, toast and eggs. Please let us know if you have any special dietary wishes or restrictions. Sana, our housekeeper, will be on site discreetly to prepare your breakfast, clean your rooms daily and maintain the Riad. Linens and towels are provided and will be changed at your request. Our lunches or dinners (extra) are cooked with fresh products and studied directly with you according to your preferences. They are to be ordered 24 hours in advance. We also offer a massage and care service on site. A moment of relaxation to be booked 24 hours in advance. We are available at any time to meet your expectations and create unique moments tailored to your desires: restaurant, excursion, taxi reservations or simply to advise you throughout your stay. OUR ROOMS All our rooms have quality bedding and linens. They also all have reversible air conditioning/heating, auxiliary heating, and a heated mattress topper for 2 people. We can add 1 baby cot upon request. Our bathrooms are equipped with bath/hand towels and bathrobe. Complimentary shower/shampoo welcome products are provided. KIDS The Riad is Kids Friendly, we have a foldable baby bed on request. Children and their use of the pool as well as the different areas of the Riad are under your supervision and responsibility. Guest access Ideally located, our villa is minutes from the airport, the main golf courses and tourist attractions of the city. We offer a transfer service with private driver (extra) on request to facilitate your arrivals and departures from the airport or any other place. It has direct car access and private parking. You will have access to all areas of the Riad except: - The 3 other private and independent rooms from yours - A technical room on the ground floor/ Laundry room as well as a storage room and toilet/shower for staff. - A second service entrance, access to which is dedicated to staff in order to access the Riad discreetly in the morning. Guest access Ideally located, our villa is minutes from the airport, the main golf courses and tourist attractions of the city. Other things to note We offer a transfer service for your departure and arrival to make it easier for you to get around. We remain at your disposal for any taxi, excursion, reservation, restaurant or other orders to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The Riad is located in a quiet and secure area, no parties are allowed. In accordance with Moroccan law, a copy of each guest's ID will be required upon check-in, and anyone other than the occupants of the reservation will not be allowed unless agreed in advance. Unmarried Moroccan (or binational of which one is of Moroccan nationality) couples are not allowed under local law.
