Cosy double room with a view!

Newley refurbished rooms above a historic town centre pub. Each room is equipped with a sink, tea and coffee facilities. Our rooms have communal bathrooms with toilets and wash facilities on each floor. We offer our rooms as room only, there are plenty of sandwich shops, cafes and restaurant's nearby. CJ's Sandwich shop being our neighbour's next door, they offer a range of cold/warm sandwiches to a full breakfast. And not forgetting to mention the stunning views of Pendle Hill in a morning.
