Right off I15 puts you 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes from Lagoon and Farmington Station and less than 5 minutes from many restaurants and grocery stores. All you need is just minutes away. Hot tub and picnic table for enjoying the outdoors. There is a park just 2 blocks away. We have a coffee and hot chocolate bar to help get you going in the morning. No cleaning fee! Did I mention great location? Guest access The entire upstairs, back yard with the picnic table and hot tub is the guest area. There is a basement with a seperate entrance and locked stair door which is not a part of the guest area (see pictures for the guest area). My brother and a friend stay there and helps take care of the Airbnb including the yard and other maintenance, so you might see them around.
