All you need is just minutes away. Hot tub and picnic table for enjoying the outdoors. There is a park just 2 blocks away. We have a coffee and hot chocolate bar to help get you going in the morning. No cleaning fee! Did I mention great location? Guest access The entire upstairs, back yard with the picnic table and hot tub is the guest area. There is a basement with a seperate entrance and locked stair door which is not a part of the guest area (see pictures for the guest area). My brother stays there and helps take care of the Airbnb including the yard and other maintenance, so you might see him around.
