Our beautiful and quiet apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony is located directly on the city lake. The beds or footboard and blankets in comfort size also offer larger guests a good night's sleep. Dressers, wardrobes and seating furniture are provided in every room. One of the rooms has a smart TV. It is suitable for 1 to 4 guests (mattress for 5th guest possible), baby travel crib on request If necessary + availability, the apartment above can be booked. The space Our guest apartment is suitable for fitters (3) as well as for families, tour groups or solo travelers. The kitchen is well equipped and has a spacious seating area for up to 5 people. A balcony accessible from the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the countryside and, depending on the season, the city lake. A smart TV and a small music system are located in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a smart TV. In the bathroom, a washing machine is available to our guests. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the city lake. Guest access Our guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. A room in the apartment that is used as a laundry room is locked. Other things to note The guest apartment is on the first floor of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac with a turnaround.
