Our beautiful and quiet apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony is located directly on the city lake. The beds or footboard and comfort-size blankets also offer a good night's sleep for larger guests. Dressers, wardrobes and seating are available in every room. One of the rooms has a smart TV. It is suitable for 1 to 4 guests (mattress for 5th guest possible), baby travel cot on request If needed + availability, the apartment above can be booked. The space Our guest apartment is for fitters (3) as well as for families, travel groups or solo travelers. The kitchen is well equipped and has a spacious seating area for up to 5 people. A balcony accessible from the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the countryside and, depending on the season, the city lake. A smart TV and a small music system are located in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a smart TV. A washing machine is available to our guests in the bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street right on the city lake. Guest access Our guests will use the entire apartment to themselves. A room located in the apartment, which is used as a laundry room, is locked. Other things to note The guest apartment is located on the first floor of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac with turning.
