Our beautiful and quiet apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony is located directly on the city lake. The beds without footboards and the comfort-size blankets also offer larger guests a good night's sleep. Dressers, wardrobes and seating are available in every room. One of the rooms has a smart TV. It is suitable for 1 to 6 guests (2 double rooms, 1 single room with a queen-size bed for 2 people) If needed + availability, the apartment above can be booked. The space Our guest apartment is suitable for fitters (up to 5 people) as well as for families, travel groups (up to 6 people) or solo travelers. The kitchen is well equipped and has a spacious seating area for up to 6 people. A balcony accessible from the kitchen offers a beautiful view of the countryside and, depending on the season, the city lake. A smart TV and a small music system are located in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a smart TV. A washing machine is available to our guests in the bathroom. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the city lake. Guest access Our guests will use the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note The guest apartment is on the first floor of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac with a turnaround.
