The space The house has two floors, and it is very spacious and airy. Excellent for Home Office work, as it has a 200MB Wi-Fi internet. Exterior: *It has a garage for three covered cars, and space for 3 more uncovered cars; *Large patio with green areas and spaces for relaxation; *Covered barbecue grill; *Ample space facing the sea, with a table for up to 12 people. Located between Porto Belo Beach and Perequê Beach, it has clean, low-wave waters suitable for swimming and water sports and beach sports. Easy access to the island of Porto Belo and the famous Caixa D'aço! It is 15 minutes from Itapema, and 20 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. There are several markets, fish shops and pharmacies 2 km from the house. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and outdoor area! It is an extremely large farm, with several paths for hiking, and spaces for contemplation. Other things to note Please bring bed and bath linens!
