Enjoy 80' of sandy private beach with a lush lawn on clean & beautiful Sand Lake in Onsted Michigan. Great for couples & families looking to experience lake life in a relaxing way. With lake views in most every room, a large deck to sun and dine on, and a shaded patio, you’ll enjoy the lake with every moment. Sand Lake is an all sports lake with a public boat launch. We’re located in the Irish Hills, close to MIS, Tecumseh, Brooklyn, Manchester, and Saline. Fireworks on 7/5! The space Sand Lake is a clean and clear all-sports lake is great for fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing, skiing, tubing, wake boarding or just floating. There is a public launch and we have a private dock space available for one boat. Tunes on Lake (band sets up at a home on lake and boats float in front of home to enjoy music) on 6/14, 7/26 and 8/9. This is a 1,200 SF open floor plan home, with a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, living area area. There are also 2 bedrooms, one common area with a queen bed and pull out love seat sofa and 2 full bathrooms. There is a desk and chair for home office use in the lake level bedroom. Deck overlooking lake furnished with table, chairs, umbrella, lounge seating and a gas grill. Covered patio on lake level furnished with Adirondack and rocking chairs. Lawn games and indoor games available for your use. Note: Landscaping project in process (reseeding grass on one side of hill going down to lake). There is alternate access on the other side of hill or through the house stairs. The home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood on the north shore on a quiet paved street. The neighbors are our friends and will be happy to answer area related questions. Parking spaces for 3 cars and dock space for one 20' (or smaller) boat. Water depth at dock starts at 3'. Neighborhood Highlights (more details provided in arrival guide): In the heart of Historic Irish Hills and minutes away from Michigan International Speedway. Located 15 minutes from either historic Tecumseh, Michigan or Brooklyn, Michigan where there are restaurants, groceries, farmers markets and more. Guest access Guests may self-check in and out using the lock box. Inside the house, guests will have access to air conditioning, internet, TV with Netflix and family games. Outside, guests will have access to 80 ft of sandy beach, lawn games, sand toys, a dock space for a boat or to fish on, a gas grill and comfortable furniture to lounge on and dine. You'll have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage, one locked closet and a few cabinets. Maximum of 3 cars parked in front including driveway and 2 spaces between large tree.
