Bayside Resort & Spa is located in beautiful St. Andrew's Bay and packed with an array of amenities from a fitness center, game room, outdoor pool & hot tub, golf, & spa. The space Outbound calls to the resort are being temporarily presenting issues, this has been reported to our phone provider and IT Service Desk. We are digitally working to reestablish connection as soon as possible. We apologize about all inconveniences caused. We are working hard to renovate the property to provide an even better vacation experience for our guests and owners. Some Resort amenities may be affected throughout the renovation, and you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. However, we are making every effort to limit the impact during your stay. Pools located building 1-3 will be down for renovation starting in October 2024 into 2025. Please Note: a $30 Daily Resort Fee will apply to all reservations starting August 1, 2024. Guest access Guests will have full access to the following amenities. Please keep in mind there may be closures without warning but we will do our best to keep our guests updated and informed. The resort will obtaining an incidental hold upon check-in which will require a credit card; this will be refunded after check out and inspection of the unit. Bluegreen is a timeshare property however all presentations are completely optional and not at all mandatory. Please not we are not directly affiliated with the sales team. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.
