We offer a quiet place to relax and unwind within easy reach of tourist destinations. Short-term and long-term rental of new spacious apartments with a large terrace and parking space right next to the building. The apartments are located near the Aldrov Ski Resort, 12 km from Horní Mísečky and 8 km from Jilemnice. From the nearby stop, a tourist bus runs to Zlaté návrší in the summer months, and in winter a ski bus to the Horní Mísečky-Medvědín Ski Resort. Within a short distance of 5 minutes by car there is a small shop with mixed goods. The space The house has spacious apartments with a total capacity of 18 beds and the possibility of extra beds. On the ground floor there are two five-bed apartments, with one or two bedrooms, on the first floor there is a four-bed maisonette with one bedroom and a four-bed with two bedrooms. Each apartment has a kitchen with a dining area, connected to the living room, TV, WiFi, bathroom and a large terrace with outdoor seating. Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the apartments, they can use the common areas for storing bicycles or skis. During your stay There is also a host apartment with a separate entrance in the building. We are happy to welcome and accommodate every guest. During your stay, we are present and available on mobile phone. We will advise you on tourist destinations in our area, what is worth seeing and you should not miss.
