It is a house located in Sant Pere de Ribes (2 km from Sitges). The house has 150m2 plus 250m2 of private garden approximately. The garden is very pleasant, with sunny and shady areas, with 1 lemon tree, 1 olive tree and 1 almond tree. It has a porch area and another barbecue area. The house has 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 with 3 bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It has a COMMUNAL pool. The space It is a very nice house to spend the holidays and perfect for families, with games available for the little ones if you wish. Guest access The house has a community pool in the development, and next door there is a tennis club (with 4 tennis courts and 1 paddle court) and a very good bar/restaurant. Other things to note There's a cat in the house, his name is Ot. He is very independent and goes in and out through his cat flap whenever he wants. We put food and water for him and he manages himself. It's just important that you know he lives here and see if he's missing any water.
