The renovation was done to keep the original cozy feel while adding new amenities. The sandy beach makes this rustic home the perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, disconnect from the world. Enjoy a good nights sleep in one of the 3 brand new queen beds. We purchased this home hoping to enjoy it ourselves and allow others to enjoy what we think is a great "lake cottage" experience. Bedrooms 1 is on the first floor and the second two are upstairs. The cottage was renovated in 2021 and has new electrical, plumbing, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new laundry room and carpet. When renovating we discovered beautiful hardwood under the carpet, all helping tie the old and new together to give the cottage updated amenities while maintaining the charm that originally drew us to the home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Entire house, yard and beach area Right on the water and minutes from Cap'n Joe's, the Whitmore Lake Pub, and Mac's Marina (boat rental). Please feel free to park right on the grass in front of the house as to not block the street for the neighbors to get through. If you would like to stay longer than 29 days or you need an alternate check in time other than the offered window, please contact us for availability. **We use a full QUAT cleaner on all surfaces before and after every stay, as well as launder our linens with bleach.
