F Tale country house is a beautiful cottage nestled in the Bolognese countryside. Peace, nature and silence reign supreme. On the ground floor you find a bright living area with a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and sitting area with TV and fireplace; a bathroom completes this living area. On the first floor there are two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a large walk-in wardrobe; both rooms have a desk for smart working and a magnificent view of the Bolognese countryside. The two rooms share a large bathroom with shower, in the corridor on the same floor. It’s the perfect solution if you have work commitments in Bologna or Ferrara without sacrificing privacy and tranquility, or if you are visiting Emilia and you are looking for a strategic point to return to in the evening to enjoy the garden in summer or the fireplace and warm atmosphere in winter. The name “F Tale” derives from the intertwining of names of the owners’ family, who have experienced wonderful times in this cottage, and who are now happy to share it with their guests. The owner Tiziana personally welcomes the guests and is at their disposal during their stay. The gardener will have access to the garden to carry out regular green maintenance work.
