There is also a sauna and a covered BBQ space outside, making it the perfect place to spend blissful moments. You can also bring your pets, so please come and relax with them. *Pet-accompanying fees, sauna, BBQ, and other options are additional costs on top of the accommodation fee. Regarding the pool, if you book the option on the day, cleaning may not be completed in time. You can use the jacuzzi for free. The jets are not working at the moment. *Sauna, barbecue and terrace are available until 9 p.m. *Optional services are available at a separate cost from the accommodation fee. If you do not observe these terms, we may cancel your accommodation contract. ■About our rental villa (prohibited matters) 1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building of our rental villa. (This includes electronic cigarettes.) If any smell or traces of smoking are found, you will be required to pay 40,000 yen for house cleaning and the cost of replacing bedding and equipment. *Please smoke in the smoking area provided outside the facility. Smoking outside the building and littering cigarette butts on the street will be subject to complaints from neighbors, so please do not smoke. 2. If you intentionally or accidentally damage or soil any of the villa's facilities, electrical appliances, furniture, or other items, you will be responsible for the full cost of restoration. (Please be careful when using high-end furniture, as this can cost up to several million yen.) 3. Be sure to return any keys to the key box they were in. If the key is not in the box during cleaning or is lost by the customer, you will be responsible for 30,000 yen (excluding tax) as a key replacement fee. 4. We strictly prohibit anyone other than the user who was provided at the time of application from entering the property (including the grounds). (We will check with security cameras at the entrance and exit when entering the property.) If anyone other than the user enters the property, an additional fee will be charged. If you enter without permission, your reservation will be canceled immediately and everyone will be asked to leave. *Maximum of 8 people. 10,000 yen (tax not included) per person per night for the third person and onwards 5. If a large amount of used dishes remain, depending on the usage, we may charge an additional cleaning fee. 6. The equipment and fixtures of this rental villa are only loaned to you during your stay and cannot be taken home. Please do not take them out of the villa. 7. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the villa. ・Dangerous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc. ・Decomposed materials, filthy materials, and other items that emit moisture, foul odors, strange smells, odors, etc. ・Cats, birds, reptiles, and other pet animals in general ・Excessively large amounts of items ・Other items prohibited from possession by law, etc. ■About use 1. Minors cannot use the villa alone. 2. Please refrain from any actions on the terrace that may disturb the public morals or peace, such as shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, or talking loudly, or that may cause a nuisance to neighbors, after 7 p.m. 3. Please refrain from using the facility for purposes other than lodging, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.), without the permission of the villa manager. 4. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you cause a nuisance to neighbors, such as shouting at the facility, the neighbors may report you to the police. In that case, you will be held legally responsible and will be asked to leave immediately. 5. The facility is not responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters or the negligence of facility users, or accidents caused by not following these terms and conditions. 6. The facility is not responsible for any damage, theft, or accidents to facility users' vehicles or items brought with them. 7. Please refrain from significantly changing or decorating the interior or exterior. 8. Since this is a natural area, insects and animals may enter. Do not leave windows open. 9. Please lock the room when you go out or leave. 10. Please wash dishes, etc. (If you do not wash the barbecue grill, etc. when using the terrace, a cleaning fee will be charged.) 11. Please separate your garbage thoroughly. If garbage is not separated, we will charge you 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee. 12. Please use only the towels and sheets you need. ■Notes when using options 1. There are gaps in the wooden deck of the terrace, so please be careful not to let food or your personal belongings, especially precious metals, fall. If they fall, they cannot be removed, so please use them with care. 2. There are pensions and villas nearby, and the environment is very quiet at night, so the police will be called immediately if you make noise, so please be careful when using speakers for listening to music, and adjust the volume at a reasonable time. 3. Please note that you will be responsible for any injuries you may incur if you fall down the stairs or go over the fence. 4. The terrace is available until 9 p.m. ■Safety precautions 1. Please make sure the door is locked when you leave the villa during your stay. Please make sure the door is locked while you are staying at the villa, especially when you go to sleep. 2. If you have a visitor, please do not open the door carelessly, but leave it locked or check by intercom. 3. If you suspect a suspicious person, please contact the manager or the police immediately. ■Storage of guest luggage or belongings If a guest's luggage or belongings are left behind at the villa after checking out, and the owner is identified, the villa will ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner is not identified, the property will be stored for two days, including the day it was found, and then disposed of. Food, drink, and disposable tools will be disposed of on the day. If you wish to send lost items, they will be sent cash on delivery. ■Guest Responsibility If the guest causes damage to the villa through their own will or negligence, the guest must compensate the villa for the damage.
