Castle Manor Unit 103 - several units available

This iconic heritage property was built over 100 years ago, with the help of our friends at Architect 4 we were able to preserve some of the original character of the building while implementing a more sophisticated modern elegance to complete this massive renovation project. Our main floor lobby as well as the units also feature works by several local artists which can be purchased or simply appreciated during your stay. Plenty of amenities included to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. The space With a square footage of almost 1000 sq/feet and 12 foot ceilings, Unit 103 boasts much of the original exposed brick we were able to preserve during renovations. Everything from the cabinets to the window sills had to be custom made to meet specifications. All appliances are Frigidaire Professional series as well as LG washer/dryer included in the unit. All countertops are quartz with tile and engineered hardwood flooring throughout. In floor heating is also included in the full bathroom. Other things to note We are located in a very centralized area, nearby is the french hospital and university. Downtown can be reached within a 10 min walk, if you have transportation Champlain mall can be reached within a 6 min drive.
