There are 180 m2 interiors on a plot of 600 m2 with private pool (6x3 meters) surrounded throughout its perimeter by a garden of Mediterranean style, fenced and on several levels. The space Villa Les Moreres has 3 comfortable double rooms with large windows and another independent room/studio. Kitchen equipped with everything. Living room with lots of natural light and airy to hold meals or casual gatherings. You can entertain yourself with board games and reading, chill out with sofa and armchairs, digital TV… All the interior spaces of the villa have air conditioning (with heat pump) and natural gas heating by radiators.
