About 30 seconds' walk from the villa, there are designated tangible cultural properties in Tochigi Prefecture. The precincts also enshrine the Prince Shotoku Hall and the Ohsugi Shrine. You can park up to three cars on the premises and one car in the designated parking space outside the property. Please be careful when parking on the premises as the road in front of the property is narrow. Guest access This is a fully private rental space. Please relax and enjoy your stay. Please be aware that entry to the facility by anyone other than the reservation guests is not permitted. (Even if not staying overnight, an additional fee equivalent to the overnight stay fee will be charged.) For short stays until 18:00, please consult with us by the previous day. If there are any additional guests after the reservation is confirmed, please be sure to contact us in advance. In the event of no prior notification, you will be charged double the regular rate for any additional guests. Moreover, if deemed malicious, you may be asked to leave. In such cases, refunds will not be provided. Other things to note Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM. No BBQ is allowed. Please refrain from bringing BBQ grills. Check-in: 15:00 (Cleaning staff may be conducting inspections until 16:00. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.) Standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out: 10:00 Early check-in is available from 13:00, and late check-out is until 12:00. If you check out after 12:00, an additional night's stay will be charged. For stays of over a week, there will be a simple cleaning in addition to the regular cleaning after check-out. For example, for a 7-day stay: cleaning after check-out plus 1 additional cleaning, for a 14-day stay: cleaning after check-out plus 2 additional cleanings, and so on.
