You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville. The space 1896 Home nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Franklin. You will have your own private entrance through the front door of this southern charmer. Front Porch, Parlor, Office (with a double bed), Bedroom, and bathroom will be yours to enjoy. Completely separate and private with your own kitchenette (Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker). Downtown Franklin's Main Street is an easy 15 minute walk from the front door. There is no shared spaces and you will have complete privacy at this quiet retreat. Ample driveway parking lot, and private front door entrance. Homeowner's part of the house is completely separate with no shared spaces. We will take the cues from you. We find that most of our guests enjoy quiet and privacy. If you need anything or want to meet us, we are available through message, text, and phone. The side walk in front of our home leads straight to Starbucks on Main Street. All that historic Franklin has to offer is a short walk from our front porch. Main Street with great shopping and restaurants, Carnton Plantation, Carter House, and many more Civil War Sites are all less than a mile away. The neighborhood is very walkable. Guest access You will have access to the Front Porch, Parlor, Bedrooms, Bathroom. Ample driveway parking lot, and private front door entrance. Homeowner's part of the house is completely separate with no shared spaces. Other things to note One Note: The bathroom in the unit is accessed through the Primary Bedroom. Although the unit has two separate sleeping rooms, guests have to walk through the Primary Bedroom to get to the bathroom. We find this works great for family and close friends, yet not ideal for two couples.
