Other things to note The newly built vacation home in 2022 is located in the heart of Alt-Westerland in a quiet secluded location. At the same time, the lively city center of Westerland is about 10 minutes' walk. The 83 m² house is suitable for up to 4 people and extends over the ground, upper and attic floors. No pets are allowed in the home. On the ground floor is the open kitchen (with microwave oven combination, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) with the dining and living area and a separate guest toilet. The living area has TV, Wi-Fi, Bose radio with Bluetooth function. The south terrace with garden furniture and beach chair (April-October) invites you to linger. Parking is right in front of the house. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (180 x 200 cm) with TV, another bedroom with TV and a single bed (100 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic there is a cozy room with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a TV. On request, an additional bed can be added. This must be requested from SAS & the owner.
