The space This property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms . 2 bedrooms are queen sized and has attached washroom 1 bedroom is king size suite room and also has attached washroom . 1 bedroom is common and also have access to common washroom it has a lobby area which has work space and coffee table . Living area has one sofa with sitting space of 5 people and 2 side chairs and a small centre table with telivision 1 kitchen accessible to guests with the equipments and extra charges to be paid for gas. Note - all 4 bedrooms has Air conditioning and Telivision. Guest access ●Gas charges are 100 rs per day incase you cook anything . ●1 car park is available. - 150 rs per day ● cleaning service is available - 200 rs per day. Other things to note house rules - Drinking under age of 25 not allowed no parties and events allowed no music allowed No visitor accept the number of people mentioned during the booking. no pets allowed No use of premises in the building accept for the apartment booked . submission of govt ID of each person staying in the premises. once the submission of ID proof of the members going to stay in apartment is done check in details will be provided. Quiet hours 10 pm to 6 am. no disturbance should be caused to neighboring hoods and all house rules should be strictly followed by every member staying in the premises.
