The space The studio is designed to make you feel at home, it has: - 1 king size bed, closet and nightstand. - 1 bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. - TV with netflix (no cable) - Air conditioner and ceiling fan. - Kitchenette with folding table, minibar, stove with 2 grills, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, pans, among other utensils. In addition to: safe, iron, hair dryer, high speed WI-FI and amenities. Within a private and secure complex of 8 studios with a pool on the rooftop, sunbeds, tables and chairs. Location: - 1 block from the "Mega" supermarket - 6 blocks from Fifth Avenue - 7 blocks from the beach - Surrounded by local food restaurants, banks, pharmacies. - 8 min walking from the alternate ADO bus station. Local recommendations: We have a PDF with our local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, cenotes, archaeological sites, etc. We will happily share it with you when confirming your reservation with us. Transportation: - We have an agreement with the Álamo car rental company with a preferential rate for our guests, we can gladly quote your car. - We can also help you hire private transportation Airport-Tulum-Airport. Security: The condo is closed for the exclusive access of registered guests (that's right, the entire building will be full of guests like you who come to vacation). Parking lot: We have 3 free parking spaces, subject to availability. Early check in / Late check out We know how annoying it is to carry your bags all over the city due to the mismatch of check-in / check-out times. We can store your luggage (without valuables) while we leave your apartment completely ready.
