Welcome to the BohèmeNest Terminal Apartment! :-) "Feeling at home" is not just a saying, for us it means the world. With a lot of love, dedication and care, we have brought a bit of boho feeling, freedom and lightness into our apartment for you. The space **Beds** - Bedroom: 1.80 m double bed with a high-quality EMMA mattress - Living room: Sofa bed with 2 × 90 cm high-quality mattresses (see photos) The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. **For cozy evenings** - 55-inch Smart TV incl. waipuTV (PayTV plus movies & series from the waiputhek) - Also available: Netflix & other apps (simply log in with your own account) **Fully equipped kitchen** - Nespresso machine (standard capsules) - Dishwasher - Stove & oven plus all essential cooking utensils (pans, pots, salad bowl, knives, etc.) **Outdoors** Sunny terrace + small lawn area **Parking** - Free parking space directly in front of the house (cars only – Sprinter vans are too large, please park them on the street) - Please make sure to use the correct parking spot (marked with a “Terminal Apartments” sign), as the spaces are assigned to the apartments :-) Guest access **Access** - Keyless - Pay attention to the Email (or message via AirBnB) you receive shortly after booking - PIN CODE for the apartment door is included in the link in the message/email! Additionally, please fill out the digital registration form, which takes about 2 minutes. I am obliged to ask... Other things to note Dogs: Dogs are allowed. 2 dogs max. A tiered fee for dogs will be charged (must be paid in advance) 1 to 6 days: 15€/dog/night From 7 days: 10€/dog/night From 1 month: 8€/dog/night Non registered dogs will be charged 75€/night. Requirement: House trained, do not bark and do not break anything. A deposit may be charged for the dog, which will be refunded after departure if nothing has been damaged. **Additional Info for Business Travelers** Upon request, I can provide an VAT invoice
