L'Hortet tourist accommodation is my paternal grandparents' house, built with natural stone more than 75 years ago and renovated by us a year ago. The estate, with more than 1000 m2, is in a quiet area in the heart of the Ebro Delta. The house is distributed in: 4 independent rooms with large beds, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower, dining area, living room, free WiFi and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped. The area where it is located is near the Ebro River and is a very quiet area. The property is approximately 1000 square meters. The layout of the house is as follows: - Four separate bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning and heating system in each one. - A laundry room with a washing machine, clothesline and iron. - Two bathrooms, each with a shower. - A living room with a chaise longue sofa, + two armchairs and a 50" TV. - A dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen with a TV and a table for 8 people Outside there is a private pool with a sun lounger area, a covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining area for 8 people, a playground, a garden and a parking lot with a capacity for more than 5 cars. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Other things to note This property does not accommodate bachelor or similar parties.
