The space Villa Aava is perfect for groups of friends, businesses, families, and is also kid-friendly. Minimum booking 2-3 days, depending on the start date. The home is always cleaned by a maintenance company. Sorry, no pets allowed. However, the holiday home will not be made available to the customer if all people going on and on holiday to the resort are under 25 years old The final cleaning is always part of the reservation, the price of which is displayed at the time of booking. Linen is not included in the price but is an additional option. You can get them in advance by requesting an additional fee of 20 euros per person. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with a triple bunk bed with a top bed for a child/young person. Sleeps 6+1 in total. The master bedroom also has a remote workspace and 600Mbits 5G connection. The room order is functional and there are enough storage spaces, a warm warehouse attached to the front patio, and a separate cold storage room. A place for bikes ( no winter use ). The apartment has a hybrid and electric car charging station (11 kwh) for rent. Rental prices per car: 30,00€ / weekend or 60,00€ / week. The rental price is charged as a separate mobile pay fee and paid directly to the cottage owner. Car charging is prohibited from normal outlets. The villa is also in the constant use of our family and a very important place for us. Please treat the spots and let you know immediately if something breaks or needs help.
