Other things to note Within 14 days of booking confirmation by the landlord, a deposit of 20% must be transferred to the landlord's account. The remaining amount must be transferred to the same account no later than 14 days before the start of the rental. Please contact the landlord. If there are less than 14 days between the day of the conclusion of the contract and the day of the start of the rental, the entire amount must be transferred to the named account immediately after the conclusion of the contract. In the event of early departure, there is no refund. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the landlord in the amount of 10%. The conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance is therefore recommended. Included in the price is the provision of bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as final cleaning. Tourist tax is calculated separately in accordance with the municipal statutes and paid by the landlord to the municipality. A security deposit will not be charged. The prices mentioned are plus a spa fee of: persons aged 16 and over = 2 EUR. Severely disabled persons with 80 to 99% degree of disability from 16 years of age = 1 EUR. Children and adolescents 7 to incl. 15 years = 1 EUR. Severely disabled children and adolescents with 80 to GdB 99%; 7 to incl. 15 years = 0.50 EUR.
