On 80 m² you will find modern comfort in a stylish ambience. The open living area scores with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy corner sofa and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need: stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave/oven combination and kettle. Enjoy the view of the dike or dine in the light-flooded conservatory, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Please note that the conservatory does not get as warm as the other rooms in the house in colder temperatures. In summer, the electric sun protection ensures more pleasant temperatures on sunny days. Relax on the southwest terrace, light the charcoal grill and enjoy al fresco dining. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and play. Parking is available directly on the property. The house has two cozy bedrooms with double beds and electric shutters for a good night's sleep. The large bedroom also offers bedside tables and reading lamps. The modern ensuite bathroom upstairs is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and towel radiator. On the ground floor you will find another bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer. A high chair is available for small guests. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable storage facility, including a charging station for e-bikes.
