Accommodation for a relaxed vacation with a special flair. Location: If you love the proximity to the city and nature, you will feel very comfortable here, as there is a forest with a pond in the immediate vicinity (3 min. footpath). Well-maintained bike path will also accompany the sports enthusiasts to the city and for a trip. Due to the good highway connection, you can also be on the A9 within a few minutes. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor with staircase. On the 1st level, the following rooms can be used: - Large hallway area, - bedroom with sleeping possibility for 1-2 persons (2x 80s mattress) - bedroom with sleeping possibility for 1-2 persons (1.60 m double bed) - Living room with TV and floor-to-ceiling windows - A well-equipped kitchen with a seating set - Guest toilet bathroom bathroom with shower and toilet A wooden staircase leads to the other rooms - Stay/Chill room with TV/Playstation - bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 more people Guest access Access to the apartment is granted via a key box. In the entrance area there is a covered terrace with a table and seating. This can be used by the guest, e.g. for a smoking break, as smoking is prohibited both in the house and in the apartment. Other things to note Due to the stairs, the apartment is not suitable for young children, as the stairs have no stair gates - use at your own risk! If needed, a crib and high chair can still be made available.
