This stylish home is a perfect fit for group travel and large families. Children of all ages are welcome. Linens and towels are furnished. For stays longer than 10 days, the towels and bed linen are changed every 5 days, as well as the accommodation cleaned. The space The property is equipped with two bedrooms. 1st bedroom: large bed 180×200 cm, pull-out sofa bed 160×200 cm and a big wardrobe. 2nd bedroom: small queen size bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 160×190 cm a wardrobe and a desk. A bathroom with shower and toilet. A large open cooking/dining/living area with kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa bed 120×200 cm. In addition, the accommodation has two children's travel beds 70×140cm (request/availability) Guest access We have online check-in, and guests must provide their personal information and upload a government ID before they arrive at the listing. On the day of arrival, you will receive a detailed description with individual access code for your apartment. Other things to note The accommodation tax of 3.5% is not included in the price and is generally payable by guests. 1) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Penalty for smoking in the apartment(also e-cigarettes) - €300!! 2) Pull off the smoke detectors - €300 3) Violation of house rules( pets, parties, disturbance, etc.) - €200 4) Entering the house with dirty shoes (for fitters) - €100 5) Left garbage, dirty dishes - €50 6) More people than booked - €30 per person/night 7) No bicycles may be parked in the apartment!
