Tower apartment with 180° sea view

We offer our unique tower apartment with panoramic sea views and 20 sqm roof terrace. It has over 100 square meters and is less than 80 meters from the beach and seafront and equipped with high quality furniture, a flat screen and a high quality kitchen. The tower apartment is in the center of Kühlungsborn West and you can hear the sound of the sea. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other shopping facilities can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot. Guest access If you want to stay fit, you will get to the apartment directly via the main entrance next to the popular restaurant by walking to the third floor. Alternatively, in the back of the building, there are two elevators that take you easily to the second floor, from where you can get to the main staircase and walk the last floor up to the tower apartment. Access to the apartment is NOT accessible due to the last section with stairs to the tower. Other things to note The underground parking can be reached from Herrmanstraße and is in the building complex in which the apartment is also located. The driveway is a bit narrow for large cars but also feasible for mindful drivers. With a little patience, a large SUV, like an X5, can also be parked. Stripes on the parking driveway will show you the way. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is also a public parking space.
