The house contains three apartments: vacation rentals on the first and second floors, while your host lives on the ground floor. Other things to note The location in a traffic-calmed area ensures peace and quiet. The apartment features two bedrooms for up to four guests. The south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. The dining area by the window is popular for its lovely view. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a wall-mounted radio. The kitchen is well equipped, and your host is happy to assist if anything is missing. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are provided. Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge. A parking space for one car is on site. There is secure storage for e-bikes and bicycles behind a lockable gate. Please note: Families with small children cannot be accommodated. You can reach the vineyards in 5 minutes on foot, the Ahr River in 2 minutes, and the historic center of Ahrweiler with its medieval city wall, pedestrian zone, and market square as well as shops, restaurants, and cafés in about 15–20 minutes. Bad Neuenahr is a 20–25 minute walk. With the guest card, you can use public transport free of charge.
