Exclusive apartments with bright rooms and high-quality facilities guarantee you a 100% feel-good atmosphere. In this comfortable attic apartment, you will find a spacious living room with a couch corner, dining area and integrated kitchen as well as a shower room. In the attic there are two separate bedrooms. The highlight of the apartment is a fantastic 15 m² roof terrace facing south. Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and a small sauna in the outdoor area provide additional luxury. After a day at the beach or a bike tour, the living room with couch, relaxing armchair and modern TV invites you to relax. The high-quality integrated kitchenette lets you become a gourmet on vacation! It has a ceramic stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can brew your coffee in the Nespresso machine or in the coffee machine. Two separate bedrooms in the attic offer pleasant retreats. They are equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or a single bed (90 x 200 cm; with pull-out 80 cm x 190 cm). For your vacation wardrobe, there is a spacious wardrobe in the hallway between the bedrooms. Suspension devices with hangers are available in the built-in cabinets under the stairs. Two more people can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy soothing North Sea air on the large sunny roof terrace. Here you can sit together wonderfully, relax and unwind - a wonderful holiday feeling! Note: A rather steep staircase with a low step depth leads to the attic (see photo). A separate parking space is available for your bicycles. You can store suitcases or similar in the garden house. Smoking in the apartment and bringing pets is not allowed.
