The apartment spans the entire top floor, offering the most beautiful view across Lake Schwerin all the way to the horizon. The entryway leads to all the rooms. The living room, with its large sofa arrangement and dining area, invites you to relax and unwind. From the living area, you can step out onto the small balcony. Enjoy the unobstructed view across the entire Lake Schwerin and toward Kaninchenwerder Island. The bedroom, with its double bed and reading nook, offers an ideal place to relax. From here, too, you’ll have a wonderful view of the lake. Upon request, a second bedroom with a single bed can be added. You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a bathtub and a large shower. For entertainment, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi are available. You can park right in front of the house.
