The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley! The space The 65 m² sun house was renovated in 2024: a modern living area with a historically preserved dining area by the tiled stove with central heating, a Hudson Reed bathroom in white with vintage tile floor, walk-in rain shower, vanity and toilet. A beautiful country kitchen in white. Two bedrooms: 1 x with double bed (with Waipu TV) and 1 x with two single beds, which can also be pushed together. There is a sofa bed in the living area. Great new outdoor sauna with anteroom and panoramic windows. Fast fiber optic Internet (Wi-Fi) and a completely new overall facility! With a large property, lots of peace and nature and distant views of the Rhine Valley! Guest access The Sonnenhäusle with its 1-hectare, fantastic property is completely available to our guests. For the beautiful forest and meadow area, we recommend sturdy shoes. On the first floor there is a hallway with an open kitchen, a living/dining room, a shower room and a magnificent panoramic terrace. On the top floor are the two bedrooms and a hallway with a workplace. Bicycles or skis can be safely parked in the basement. Here are also the washing machine and dryer. You are completely for yourself and can move freely on the large grounds with outdoor sauna. An ideal starting point in the Black Forest National Park! Other things to note You are in the middle of nature on an extensive property, very quietly located with a few isolated neighbors. Unfortunately, our sunny house with forest and meadow property is not suitable for disabled people or strollers. We love the fantastic tranquility at 800 meters above sea level and the view of the valley. Historically unique since 1936, this cottage has been on the "Brandmatt". We technically updated it today in 2024 and modern completely newly equipped up to fast fiber optic internet. And yet you can feel good vacation energy here for almost 100 years! To be honest: Sasbachwalden is just beautiful and the Sonnenhäusle is pure modern-historical Black Forest.
