Casa Cha is a newly built boutique villa located in the central Istrian countryside, ideally situated for easily exploring all the peninsula has to offer while relaxing in the privacy of the property, away from the hustle and bustle. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people (with the option to add a baby crib), in two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds) and two en suite bathrooms, along with a large terrace on the upper floor. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as an additional bathroom and laundry room. The grill, outdoor dining, and lounge area are situated next to the 40-square-meter heated swimming pool with a salt chlorinator on a 2,000-square-meter plot of land that includes a sand volleyball court. The villa itself is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of the village, away from all other houses. The picturesque town of Motovun is only a few minutes’ drive away, as are numerous notable wineries such as Tomaz, Benvenuti, Rossi, Fakin, and others. The Parenzana, an old railroad track converted into a bike trail, is located a few kilometers away. A wide selection of restaurants offering authentic Istrian cuisine are all within a 15- to 20-minute drive, and the nearest beaches and most popular towns, Poreč and Rovinj, are roughly a half-hour drive away.
