It provides a mini fridge in the room as well. Across the room is the private bathroom. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen. Amenities are available to registered guests only. Registered guests cannot invite their friends or non-paying guests to hang out, use the premise amenities including the pool, the shower etc… 5. We do not allow any pets on the premise under any circumstances. My mother has a history of asthma and is allergic to pets. 6. The units are mainly intended for adults who need a place to stay or rest while conducting business in the area. 7. There can only be a maximum of two guests occupying each unit.
