Lumi Chalet – Ski slope landscape & best location

Unique and high-end corner apartment in the middle of the village, renovated to a high standard in the fall of 2024 and all surfaces, sofas and double beds are new. This holiday home has everything you need for a quality holiday. You don't even need your own car, you can go directly from the door to the slopes, the ski slope, restaurants, playground, shops and other activities. The holiday home is a spacious, three-bedroom apartment with stunning views and the best location at the foot of the front slopes. The space The vacation home is on the third floor (elevator house), and as you enter, you'll arrive in a spacious hallway that can accommodate more than one person at the same time. Immediately from the hallway, you'll have fell views from the living room windows and most of our guests will experience their first wow experience here. From the plush couch in the living room, it's nice to watch the skiers on the slopes, or in the summer, nature and reindeer. The kitchen and dining area is a cohesive large and spacious space. There's also access to an entire home-wide balcony with views of two directions, a village, and a fell. There are three bedrooms, two have double beds, and the beds can be separated if you like. The third has a sturdy bunk bed that can take an adult to sleep or two can sleep on the bottom bed (140cm). The kitchen is a well-stocked cook's dream and all appliances are new. The tableware is suitable for decor, and there are both wine and sampants in the selection of glass. The bathroom and sauna are freshly renovated and the new pillar Harvia stove gives a tasty steam. The bathroom also has a washer, hair dryer, and dryer for drying laundry as well as sportswear. The car can be parked directly in the yard of the house, there are plenty of free parking spaces with a heating plug. A locked space for skis can be found on the bottom floor of the house and from the ski space there are only a few steps to the Village Express lift or the Gondola. The lighted ski track also leaves literally in front of the door. If you want to have dinner, the same house has a wild food restaurant Rukan Kuksa and a pasta restaurant Vespino. On the other side of the street, you will find Ruka's classic Hanki Bar, a guaranteed lunch spot for every Ruka visitor. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, as well as a shared ski maintenance room in the basement and a private lockable ski storage cabinet in the basement of the house. You can leave your car in a free parking space protected by a boom in the courtyard of the house. Other things to note The price includes sheets already made and towels for all guests. A full surface renovation of the apartment was carried out in late 2024.
